Patricia Street Deli

The soup saved the day. We drove 40 minutes intentionally to try the food because the reviews are just so good. We mentioned it was our first time and the staff member was very good about explaining the process, ordering etc. then we were told they only had white buns or wraps, the other buns were unavailable today. And the sauce/ spread I wanted was unavailable. And the other sauce I wanted was unavailable. So sadly couldn’t have what I actually wanted. I made my own (rather than order a pre-established sandwich), so did my son and my husband ordered off the sandwich menu. Since we came for sandwiches not a wrap, We all took the only available sandwich option, the white bun; which were so hard it was difficult to bite into and scratched the roof of our mouths. Could not taste (or see) the lemon rosemary mayo, husband couldn’t taste the mayo on his either. The boys said the rotisserie chicken was nice and moist but the turkey was dry. The potato salad could have come from a plastic tub at the grocery store. Veggies were super fresh, and the chicken veg soup was the highlight. Full of chicken and super flavourful without being over-seasoned - it really was delicious. Left us wishing we had the sandwich experience we were hoping for, especially for the price (over $70 for 3 sandwiches, 2 soups, a potato salad and 2 sodas).

Incredible service. The old-fashioned kind—friendly with a family feel. Great house-made products. I enjoyed my sandwich and love that they have a sandwich bar with so many interesting options. Nice atmosphere in a surprisingly large space! Coming back to try the soup and baked goods.

These prices are ridiculously expensive for the tiny sandwich. Don’t waste your money here…

We loved Patricia St Deli when they were in Jasper, and now they’re close to home! The best deli sandwiches ever, and lovely, kind folks.

The food is still as awesome as their old Jasper location, but the space is much larger and nicer.
