Delta Hotels Regina

It's a older hotel. Ice machine on our floor was broken. The pillows are hard as rocks so definitely bring your own pillow. When was clean. You have to pay for parking 35.00 for underground parking they don't keep track of how many vehicles are in the underground parking it is a small space and it was really hard time trying to squeeze our vehicle in with everybody else's. Make sure you check you bill!! Got charged early check in fee 5 nights in a row. Called to get it refunded the first time, nothing got refunded. Called a second time and was told they "didn't or forgot to process my refund"; refunded after this.

Everything was great... Definitely not the cheapest place in town but great service and amenities. We had the Sunday buffet about 7am and found most of the food not so warm. Overall it was good service in believe the restaurant was not busy so the food turn over was pretty slow so I am sure that contributed to that issue.

As Platinum members with Marriott International, we’ve stayed at properties all over the world—and Delta Hotels by Marriott Regina just delivered the worst experience we’ve had. Not even close. From the moment we walked in—awful. Check-in was cold, dismissive, and came with attitude the second we asked a basic question about parking. No underground parking, told to park outside—in a blizzard—with zero direction on how to access the parkade. Completely unacceptable. The room? Just as bad. No heat, dark, cramped, and half the lights didn’t even work. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. Checkout somehow managed to be worse. Again, no help, no direction—left on our own trying to figure out how to access the parkade from a different level. We asked for a call or email from the GM. Days later—nothing. No response, no accountability, no care. This isn’t a one-off inconvenience—this is a complete breakdown in basic hospitality. We’ve stayed here before without issue, but after this level of service and the way it was handled, we’re done. Avoid it.

Amazing, wonderful, compassionate people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Helpful front desk

The "Free" breakfast is subject to automatic gratuity on your bill, whether you attend or not. I guess tipping is mandatory now. Give me the option to tip or not tip, but auto applied to my bill was not appreciated. Especially when we didn't even go to the breakfast. And the waterslide was broken. The front desk attendant never told me when I checked in either. Not impressed

Hotel is nice, breakfast is so so, could use a fruit option and cereal bar to make it better.

have stayed here several times this past year. The staff are always very friendly and make me feel welcome. The signature club lounge is open which is nice as some hotels in the brand have avoided reopening with full amenities. I recognize the signature club attendant from a previous stay and she is always very attentive and makes me feel at home. One of my favorite Delta locations. Stayed here again April 3 2026. Millie at the front desk was great and arranged an early check in. As usual a beautiful room, wonderful staff, and we really appreciated the nice welcome gift. The underground parking is a benefit as well. This property is well managed, has a great team, and is consistently a preferred choice for us in Regina.
