Delicious! Unique drink options, which were spirit-forward. The stock board allowed for a sampling of their many options - my favourite was definitely their succulent pork belly! Service was attentive, and because the restaurant is out of the way it was nice and quiet. We celebrated a birthday and were pleasantly surprised with their dessert offering!

This food is good. Sometimes hotels know you’re a captive audience and the food reflects that, but this restaurant was genuinely good.

We had dinner at Stock & Supply and it was outstanding from start to finish. For appetizers, we ordered the tuna bruschetta, which was by far the most unique dish of the evening. Instead of traditional bruschetta, it featured crispy rice cakes topped with tuna—creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the corn fritters, which were equally enjoyable. For our mains, we ordered the Cyprus Bowl, a refreshing and flavorful vegetable bowl enhanced by warm pita and beet hummus, the Lemongrass Chicken, and the Burrata Pasta. Each dish had its own distinctive character and was thoughtfully prepared, offering a wonderful variety of flavors and textures. Dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. We shared the Thai Tea Cream Sando and the Chocolate S’mores, both of which were exceptional creations. The Chocolate S’mores featured a rich, creamy chocolate pastry topped with toasted marshmallow and served alongside graham crackers—a playful and indulgent take on the classic campfire treat. The Thai Tea Cream Sando paired silky Thai tea custard with sesame crackers and boba, creating a unique combination that was both elegant and delicious. Every dish felt creative, well-executed, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Vancouver.

Not bad

I came for lunch on a recent trip to the city for a conference. I was looking for something a little more upscale and this looked reasonable. The food was good, the service was underwhelming and the atmosphere was okay. Not sure id come back again if given the choice to choose somewhere else.

Seriously good

Great restaurant in the Delta hotel downtown. Nice moody atmosphere but welcoming. Great for kids with nice menu. We ate for breakfast and was very good. Other food looked great too though, especially the boards. A bit pricey... But I guess that's standard these days. Good service always.

We had 4 provisions, and they were so good we aren't quite sure we're alive. We also had a selection of wine and cocktails, and I need to say, Canada needs to teach Australia how to do drinks. Hands down so good, what an introduction to Canada, very high bar 👏
