Inn at Laurel Point

I love how privately situated this hotel is. Being away from the hustle and bustle made it feel peaceful and relaxing, with very little surrounding development. There was one small issue during our stay, I noticed a dead mosquito in the lobby water dispenser. However, after I informed the receptionist, the staff responded quickly and replaced the water right away, which I appreciated. The views are absolutely stunning, especially in the morning. The interior renovation has been beautifully done; while the exterior of the building shows its age, the inside feels modern, elegant, and welcoming. Waking up to that view truly made me feel like I was on vacation and helped me completely relax. The hotel is not inexpensive, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Another major highlight was the complimentary EV charging for guests. As an ID.4 driver, this was a huge bonus. I was able to fully charge overnight and head back to Coquitlam the next day without having to worry about finding a charger. I’d also like to give special recognition to the room attendant who serviced Room 231 during our stay beginning on June 14. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was outstanding. She had the warmest smile, set up the baby crib for us, made the room feel cozy and welcoming, and kept everything exceptionally clean. Her kindness and attention to detail made a real difference in our experience. I hope this feedback reaches her—she truly deserves recognition for her excellent work.

Great quiet place with easy walking . Staff excellent and room very clean the restaurant was very slow service and outside shut but Next day opened but we gone else wear by then. Lovely location hope to go back in few years time

Laurel Point is one of my favourite wedding venues! The patio and reception space are both gorgeous. The patio overlooking the ocean is the perfect spot for your ceremony, and the reception room just inside has large, bright windows - perfect for photos and the view. 100% recommend!

Great guys night out with my son. Fantastic property and the service was top notch. 5 minute walk to the iconic inner harbor. We will be returning again.

Room is not worth the price. Water stains on the ceiling, cobwebs on the ceiling and a "tired" washroom. I was expecting a 5 star room based on the website and thought booking a room would be a treat. I've paid far less and stayed in much classier rooms. Staff were excellent. Location is good for walking in the harbour area, which is great, as traffic in and out of the area is heavy.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with both inner and outer harbour views. The location is perfect for walking to downtown also and touring many areas. We feel like home when we stay at this hotel and we have so many staff members that we truly cherish. Brad at Valet along with all of the other fellas, are a treat in itself to see as we first walk into the hotel! We absolutely love the girls at the front desk, Hydiee and Elle have made our stays so welcoming. The servers and staff at the Aura Restaurant are also amazing, we love Danika with her beauty and bright smile, Doug for his perfect service at breakfast and our new friend Kane, who is the best evening dinning server we request each time for our dinning experience. Dorthy always pops her head in to say hi and we really appreciate her kindness. We feel very lucky to have this little family we’ve found at the Inn, we know we’ve missed many people so we would like to end that this hotel is top on our list for the most wonderful clean and friendly place to stay in Victoria and our favourite from all of our stays while travelling abroad and anywhere! Checks all the boxes in terms of beautiful downtown accommodations and the Staff... Amazing. Shout out to Kate and Ellie - they were so accommodating for a couple of weary travellers. The Sunsets are remarkable from Erikson Wing

Nothing bad to say here, great hotel with amazing staff. Location is central to everything with great walking paths both to downtown and the fisherman’s warf area.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Breakfasts in wonderful restaurant with harbour views were a particular highlight. One of the best hotels we have stayed in- very strongly recommended
