Top class rooms. I’ll give you that. But it’s in a dodgy area and a young lady working at the reception desk, she’s almost always stressed out. I do think she needs to change her job as I cant bear with a receptionist as stressed out as she was. It gets to me. Plus, she doesnt seem to know how to address your customers as I don’t ever recall her addressing me as a sir. Doubt that I’d come back.

The staff was fantastic. Loved the room that we had a actual fridge and sink with space to cook and real dishes to use. Loved the closet for putting clothes away. The breakfast was outstanding and the ladies in the breakfast area were so nice and helpful. I enjoyed that the location was “tucked” away a bot but close to what you needed.

For mid-scale hotel, this property has a great location and good service… very spacious rooms. Unfortunately they had AC issues due to the storm while we were there, but they made things right.
