Awesome place and great value. Very well kept and very helpful staff. Highly recommended. We spent night there on our first day in Nicaragua and considering spending the last one as well.

Absolutely do not book a room here, you will be robbed. I stayed here for 2 nights and on the 2nd night we had someone try to get in our room at midnight, luckily the saftly latch stopped them, I thought it was just an accident maybe the door wasn't latched but then again at 1:30 am they tried again!!! We stepped out to see what was going on after the individuals had gone upstairs, the person supposed to be working the front desk was no where to be found and every room in the downstairs was open, someone had a master key and was ransacking the place. This went on for 6 hours until the morning shift arrived, there were 5 attempts to get into my room where my girlfriend (local Nicaraguan gal) and myself waited with a baseball bat unsure of how far this was going to escalate, there was no way to escape out the window or attempt to leave the hotel, we had to sit there all night without any sleep while these individuals terrorized the place with no one there to stop them! Don't believe the 24/7 desk bullshit, people party all night in yhe lobby if they aren't trying to get into your room, good luck sleeping. Absolutely unacceptable for the price they ask! I sent in several complaints with no response. Don't waste your money here its dangerous
