Excellent service at reception from Fatima

The cleanliness is deplorable. On the day I arrived, there was a lot of lint and trash on the floor of the room. As I arrived late, I didn't complain, hoping the floor would be clean the next day. Pure illusion… when I arrived at the room at the end of the following day, everything was exactly the same, which means the room hadn't been cleaned or supervised. I complained and the only thing I received was an "sorry". Never again here….

This hotel was, for me, ideally located on the edge of Zona Rosa, just a couple of blocks from the Reforma Blvd . My room was spacious and I did like the bathroom layout, particularly how the door had duel function as a shower screen, very cool. The pool is great, however the faux wooden boards on the deck heat up and almost burn your feet. Check-in was a breeze and throughout my stay Ilse, at reception, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful (thank you Ilse😎). Great place to stay.

Perfect home base for a Mexico City weekend. The location on Liverpool in Juárez is unbeatable. It is walkable to Roma Norte and steps from Reforma. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. We were having too much fun exploring the city to use the pool or speakeasy, but both looked amazing and are on the list for next time. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms and a great vibe overall. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location and a very pleasant stay. Any small issues or requests were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the hotel’s sustainability program, where guests can receive a complimentary drink from the bar by opting out of daily housekeeping and helping save water. A simple but thoughtful initiative. Would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel, service, and location. I loved my stay back in 2022, and there have been beautiful upgrades since! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We loved our stay here. We will be back!
