ECADE (Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality)

ECADE (Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality) is a regional network of LGBTQ+ organizations in the Eastern Caribbean, based in Saint Lucia. It works on legal reform, human-rights documentation, and support for member groups in the smaller islands. It is an advocacy body, not a center travellers can drop into, and no street address is on file. Laws vary from island to island: several Eastern Caribbean courts have struck down anti-gay laws in recent years, while others have not. Check Saint Lucia's current status before travel, and contact ECADE through its social channels.
