reword please I had an overnight stay here and decided to do breakfast the next morning. The staff here were exceptional, I requested hot chocolate and they didn't have any on site and within a few minutes hot chocolate was brought to my table. The manager Mr. JeanFrancois went and bought hot chocolate from somewhere else and another lady (I dont remember her name) brought it to me. To say I was surprised was an understatement, it showed me that the staff valued their customers and it also highlighted that the team worked well together. I would definitely stay there again just because of this encounter. I stayed overnight and decided to have breakfast at the hotel the following morning. The service was exceptional. I asked if hot chocolate was available, and although they didn’t have any on site, within a few minutes a cup of hot chocolate was brought to my table. I later learned that the manager, Mr. JeanFrancois, had gone out of his way to purchase it elsewhere, and another staff member delivered it to me. I was genuinely impressed by this level of care and attention. It showed how much the staff value their guests and demonstrated the teamwork and dedication of the entire team. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I would absolutely stay there again because of the outstanding customer service I received.

Hotel near the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the phone chargers were very slow. The first day we arrived, a shower dispenser broke and remained broken for the entire stay. There were two shower gels instead of one and one shampoo. One day, I was reading at 8:30 a.m., waiting for some friends to go down for breakfast, and they opened my room to clean without even knocking. They knocked and came in within a second. They apologized, but I thought it was terrible since I could have been getting out of the shower. The breakfast was very good but very expensive.

Rooms are ok. Super quiet. Bathrooms are very tiny and ceilings are super low in bathrooms. Check in took a while. I tried to do the digital key but they hotel could not get it to work. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Airport shuttle took about 30-40 mins for pickup. I was tracking the bus in the app and literally watched him pass up terminal one on his way to terminal 2. I highly recommend calling hotel to order the shuttle.

Exceptional service - Hanni and PI in the restaurant are second to none! Amazing service, great food and so welcoming. I travel a lot for work and they make you feel like someone is looking out for you during your stay. Outstanding customer service - great food and genuinely thoughtful people. Can’t wait to come back!!
