Hotel Georgian Terrace

Very disappointed with our stay at the Georgian Terrace. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because the photos and amenities suggested there was a rooftop pool. However, when we arrived, we found that there is no pool available. The photos and information were misleading and did not reflect the actual amenities offered during our stay. Another major issue was the lack of communication. Multiple times we tried calling the front desk, and our calls went straight to voicemail with no answer. It was frustrating not being able to reach anyone when we needed assistance. The hotel has a great history and a beautiful building, but based on our experience, the advertised amenities and customer service did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel at a great location. Rooms/suites are very spacious , ideal for a family stay. The historical architecture of the hotel is admirable.

The hotel is ok. Nothing special. The location is great, easy to get around the city and plenty to do within walking distance. It is a little old and outdated, but it was clean for the most part. I did have to request housekeeping throughout my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything the city has to offer. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and creates a great first impression from the moment you walk in. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Didn't stay at the hotel but ate there as a pre-event meal prior to an event at the Fox theater. No availability at the restaurant so we ordered food & drinks at the bar. Service was deplorable. One bartender, no other staff. Took over 15 min for our orders to be taken. Apps delivered before cocktails. Never did get the waters we requested (*asked four times). My entree finally comes out-burger cooked inappropriately (burnt) & zero condiments included or offered. My husband's entree didn't arrive for another 20 minutes (and had to ask where it was - they forgot.) When his meal finally arrives, server also had a 2nd burger. No apologies. No explanations. Just here's your bill.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a credit card authorization form. Sent emails and text messages. Just spent 62 minutes in their customer service system which is all either AI (Jolene answers and sure sounds human!) or an Asian call center. I finally found a way to get to the accounting department and the voice mail says today is Dec. 24.....it's May 30! Not at all impressed with their system and am having regrets that I have a reservation in 2 days.

Great location and spacious suites, but the service could be improved.

Very disappointing experience at The Georgian Terrace Hotel. I was locked out of my room and waited outside for over an hour because nobody was available to give me a new key card. No one answered calls, no staff seemed to care, and the service was extremely poor. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Would not recommend.
