Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Plus they also serve full breakfast buffet daily that's included with your room price. Room amenities include free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap. The ONLY THING I would change is having NETFLIX available on their Smart TV, the bathroom lighting to be much brighter and also a fan would be great! Thank you🙏

This is a five star wonderful palace. Featuring a library. Spa.and pool. Really what makes this palace is the workers that make it run efficiently. Hats off and Bowing deeply to Ashlyn and Front Desk Staff. Then make sure you tip your housekeeping and culinary chefs.... food excellent and cleanest rooms and bed spreads... support local amd show some.love here folks.

Wow, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I can't wait to come back for another weekend getaway!

The good, Front desk employees where so nice, the breakfast was great and location was amazing and mattress where cozy and they have full size shampoo, body wash in rooms The cons, found someone else's blood on a pillow case, ants in bathroom and room, and pool water was very off on chlorine levels makes your skin neon blue and so itchy can not be good to swim in, the prices for snacks where so over the top pricey. Overall for the cost and breakfast and service is why it gets 3 stars.

Stayed 3 nights and have to give a shout out to the front desk gal, Kelsi!! She was always so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even brought a ball to the pool for my grandson to play with. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!!! :)

I have stayed here twice within 6 months. The beds are comfortable, the facility is clean, and there are plenty of options for the included breakfast.

What the hotel does especially well is make the stay feel settled from the very beginning. The front desk team combine warmth, efficiency, and real attentiveness, turning arrival into something smooth, reassuring, and entirely without friction. The room is immaculate and notably quiet, breakfast is modest but clearly prepared with care, and the calm of the setting creates exactly the conditions for deep, restorative sleep. More than anything, though, it is the value that stands out. The level of comfort and thoughtfulness feels distinctly above what the price suggests, and that quiet overdelivery is what makes the hotel so easy to recommend and so easy to return to in your mind.

overall a good experience and the breakfast food was better than the regular best western near this location. the only issue i had is housekeeping because its really inconvenient that dirty/wet towels werent getting changed out. i left them in the bathroom in one pile but they were untouched :/ for the price this should be a basic step in the cleaning routine

The front desk lady was nice and so was all the housekeeping, I paid 170.00 for the jacuzzi room, it would seem that you would have at least a smart tv in the room, but there wasn’t we wanted a movie chill jacuzzi night. It was clean and all that but the tv sucks and it could be bigger, and I had no clue there was even a breakfast offered I went and bought breakfast.
