EDITING MY FORMER 5 STAR REVIEW I've been a patient for a long time and don't know if I will go back. Went for a very a sensitive health issue recently and had a HORRIBLE experience. The male nurse came to get me and was very friendly with someone in the lobby, then extremely short and cold with me. I felt really rushed and then had to wait a long time for the doctor. The appointment was okay but when I went to get my bloodwork, I could hear the nurse and another male staff member gossiping about another patient. THEY SAID THIS PATIENT'S FULL NAME! They were loudly laughing and talking about what he was being taken care of for (similar to why I had come.) I can't help but feel that the nurse was so short with me because he's judgmental about certain reasons for coming. IT IS A HUGE PATIENT VIOLATION TO SAY THEIR FULL NAME LOUD ENOUGH FOR OTHER PATIENTS TO HEAR! AND IT IS DISAPPOINTING THAT AN LGBT CLINIC WOULD BE LOUDLY GOSSIPING AND LAUGHING ABOUT SOMEONE'S SYMPTOMS AND LIFESTYLE. Extremely disappointed and didn't expect this from them. I think there's been staffing changes because the front desk has been different my last few visits. LEADERSHIP NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION. I am very disgusted and would be horrified if my full name and information was LOUDLY shared and laughed about at my doctor's office

I had my first visit to MCWC today and the experience was great. Everyone was super friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, which helped to make a first visit with a new primary provider easier. The provider took time to talk to me about my history, my concerns, options for managing my health, and answered questions with good information. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another name on an overcrowded list of people to through.
