Element by Marriott Chelmsford

Very convenient hotel to stay when visiting the area for work or schools/colleges. Close by to UMass Lowell University if planning a tour of the campus. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, light breakfast is included, and a bar on site. A gym, pool and laundry is available.

Pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette, perfect variety continental breakfast and later check out time. They were very accommodating to let us check in early as well. I will definitely seek an Element when looking for hotels in the future!

Element Hotel in North Chelmsford / Lowell Area. Amazing Staff (Iris!), Service and Comfortable Suites! I cannot say enough good things about my many stays & experiences at the Element North Chelmsford. ​My son is a varsity athlete at UMass-Lowell and we travel there often. If you are looking for a place that feels like home while traveling, this is it! The Staff: From the moment ​I checked in, the service was top-tier. A huge shoutout to Iris who is exceptional​ & has helped repeatedly! The rest of the front desk team ​& staff are always very accommodating, friendly, and make my wife and I feel welcome​. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious! I love having a full kitchen, complete with a stove top, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which is perfect for longer stays. The "Westin Heavenly Bed" was incredibly comfortable​. The Amenities & Breakfast: The complimentary hot breakfast is hands-down one of the best I’ve had at any hotel—it includes a fantastic, made-to-order omelet station, ​amazing muffins, pastries, healthy options, and excellent coffee. The gym is well-equipped ​& spacious. Location & Vibe: It's conveniently located right off Route 3, making it easy to get to local businesses, while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Element Chelmsford is my 1st choice whenever I travel back to my hometown of Lowell. The amenities are excellent, breakfast is superb, and the facilities are clean, bright and a wonderful delight. Every time I come back, I feel like part of a family. Stephanie and Peter at the front desk are always helpful. Kerry and Iris in management will work to make things right with whatever issues you may encounter. From Housekeeping (Roxanna) to Food Service (Helen), they are the there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are many more wonderful people who work here whose names I may forget but who’s kindness and efficiency is never forgotten. If you have a problem, please reach out to them. My experiences here have shown that they will do their best to make it right when issues arise, (as they always will wherever you stay). I love this hotel and I highly recommend it. Give them a try.

I had an excellent stay and was truly impressed by the level of service throughout the hotel. Stefanie at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in onward, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kris behind the bar provided outstanding service as well — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made for a great atmosphere and an enjoyable experience each time. I also want to recognize Kerry in management, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the professionalism and teamwork of the staff. It’s evident that guest satisfaction is a priority here. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to an exceptional team. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
