Ryan was the best bartender ever! He was so nice, made sure our drinks were tasty, our belongings were safe and even helped charge my phone. Thank you Scarlet for a fun time

First bar i went to on my 21st. Why? Because I heard the faint sound of the Jonas Brothers playing and said “wait we HAVE to go in there”. They do so many fun themed nights and unique specialty drinks, it can get crowded but if you go a tiny bit early its a cute time 🫶

i went w a group of 5. we waited in line for like an hour in the cold and each paid $20 cover. but we were ok w it bc we knew it was a packed day bc of st pattys. the music was great and the vibes were better. the only reason why i’m giving 4 stars is because on the first drink i ordered i didn’t tip and got immediately scolded by the bar tender who looks like shane dawson, “You better tip your bar tenders!” it felt rlly confrontational and embarrassing to be called out like that in front of my group over an $11 drink. i just laughed it off out of embarrassment but that interaction made me glad i didn’t tip him. it made me wonder if he always scolds people who don’t tip or if something about me made him comfortable enough to yell at me.

Tried them for the first time for st patties weekend and I’m regretting every moment. First they charged $12 to get in when all the other bars were free. I couldn’t move anywhere in the bar it was so packed. When I got to the bar finally, the bartender was rude as hell. I paid $25.60 for 2 drinks that tasted like shit only to have someone knock them from my hands. My friend and I literally walked out. Probably spent a whole 15 minutes in the establishment and it cost me over $50 dollars for literally nothing but a bad experience. There was no room to dance, the music was too loud to have a conversation, over all just wasnt good vibes. Wish I could get my money back! Don’t waste your time here. Same drinks at sidetrack cost me $16 for two and they were much better made and the bartenders were nicer. Also, do yourself a favor and read the owners responses. Notice how they always place blame on the customers having issues rather than taking responsibility. I should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned.

Went for their Miley and Hannah themed night and I had a BLAST! The staff that I encountered were all soooo nice and truly looked like they were having a good time! Big shoutout to the person checking IDs they were the sweetest! Yes, it can get crowded but duhhhh it’s a good time so I’m not surprised everyone wants to come here!! Will be visiting again for one of their theme nights 💕

I go to scarlet so often. the bartenders already know my drink order. Everyone is so friendly and overall play the best music.

Went on a Monday, the security guard was so nice, there was a Drag Race competition and we had a blast. The 50% off on drinks was the cherry on top.
