The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton

Close to the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western University. The front staff were very pleasant at check in and anytime we walked in or out of the front lobby. Surface lot parking, $21/night. The hotel is a remodeled historic building, so not super modern and updated, but was still clean. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The bathroom is very small. There isn't central a/c, just a wall unit that struggles to cool in hotter temps. There is a restaurant on site that always seem to have people eating, but I didn't personally check it out.

Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are 90degrees and that is no exaggeration, and they do not cool down. No one to help with luggage at all!! Very old and dirty. Floors are old hardwood and in places feels you are going to fall through the floor it sinks so bad. Furniture old and scuffed with tears even the headboards. Elevators seem very unreliable. I could not believe Hilton is in charge of this!! This place is a health hazard!!!!

The beds were peeling which is a problem within itself. The floors were filthy, my kids feet were dirty just from walking on the floor. Then I paid $18 per person to eat "breakfast" that I could get from a gas station. Once we we're done eating someone finally came by and asked if we wanted something to drink. Definitely not worth the money or the headache. Would not recommend this hotel.

What a pleasure! From the stunning building and rooms to the delightful staff, this is our new go-to hotel when visiting Cleveland!

Just spent a long weekend here. Room was fine. Nothing to brag about, the desk staff is rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them. Asked if we could get an itemized bill…was met with a snide remark and eye roll. Asked if we could get coffee that was empty, she replied she couldn’t “leave the desk” that was 20 feet away. Ironically every time we left or entered there was no one manning the desk. They did have a very friendly cleaning staff. The owners should give them the front desk positions and make the current staff scrub the toilets instead. Would NOT recommend this “Double Tree” location to anyone. Ever

Like the city of Cleveland, the place is old and depleted. Great location, on the medical campus, friendly staff. The place, is old and definitely showing it's age. Dirty floors, small cramp room, lack of amenities on the room. There are more pleasant properties in the Cleveland area.

It seems to be a good value based on the location.

Would not stay here again! Room big, however customer service was awful! Breakfast was $18 per person and cold and no fresh food brought out. They say shuttle service but no shuttle on weekends. States has open restaurant but we were told that closed months ago. Restaurant limited hours.
