Man these people know what great service is. I've never ever been happier with a hotel, I travel a lot for work. Family friendly store awesome pool and hot tub. Everything is clean.

Staff were okay. Room wasn't the worst compared to the Baymont in Ky, but also lacking in some of the toiletries as well as towels and a hairdryer.

Looks like it used to be a nice hotel. Amd now it looks like someone is just trying to suck every penny out of it before it crumbles. Slowest elevators, marks on walls, no real market like most have, but all in all you get what you pay for and I have stayed in worse. Needs a remodel.

The room was decent, but there's room for improvement.

Neither soft drinks nor food available. Wyndham purchased the property 8 months ago... NO breakfast as was advertised, no restaurant service at all (staffing issues??) was directed to Speedway and Bob Evans off property for snacks and beverages. "Gift Shop" was empty. After 8 months of ownership by a major corporation.. no excuse is acceptable... Get a vending machine at least!!! At this point, hotel is NO better than a motel at twice the price.

A great value in the center of this hotel district on the north side of town... What this hotel lacks in extra amenities and glamour... It makes up for with its very nice indoor heated pool + hot tub.

Ugh. Save yourself. Save your money. Don’t rent rooms here! You will get ripped off here! This USED to be a nice hotel. USED to be a 3 or 4 star. USED to be a DOUBLETREE, by Hilton. However, this is no longer the case. NOW it’s owned by Wyndham. NOW it’s a 2 star at most. NOW it’s dirty, smelly, shitty, under bad management, and offering the worst in customer service. It is standard for hotels to charge deposits, aka, incidentals. However, it’s not standard for hotels to charge deposits for every single day of your hotel stay. That is what Wyndham does. $100 deposit. PER DAY. It’s also standard hotel procedure that you receive that money back. Unless it’s Wyndham that is, they do what they want, including keeping deposits you’ve made by telling you that you never made them. Despite having the paperwork and bank statements and hotel staff that checked you in, saying you paid your deposit. It’s crazy. And corporate is no help. They will steal your money, and no one will help you to recover it. It’s your loss. They charge a ridiculous amount for breakfast, and all they had available was sloppy scrambled eggs. The pool is so disgusting you can see oil floating on top of the water. There’s 20 other hotels right here in the same area, any other option is better than this one. I recommend going next door to the Sheraton. Their rooms are suites, they’re clean, they have a nice pool area, and they’re probably the same price. Actually probably cheaper, because incidentals are less and they’ll only ask for them upon arrival- one time, not daily. Or another good choice is Staybridge Suites. It’s slightly more expensive. But again, their rooms are suites, they’re extremely nice and clean. The only pool they have though is outdoor, so it’s seasonal. But way better experience! And if you want a really nice stay, and don’t mind paying quite a bit more, you’ll have the best stay at the Residence Inn. And last but not least, if you were looking for an actual Doubletree by Hilton, that this hotel USED to be, but no longer is, you may find one of those in the Dublin area. This is not that though, so.. Don’t waste your time or money, this place is gross! 🤮

Rooms were just ok. There were a couple areas of the building that need serious attention. Mostly the lady at the front desk during check in was extra rude and far from friendly. Check in for our room was supposed to be 3pm for a king room. Had to settle for a room with 2 full beds instead to get checked in on time. Would stay again if necessary but not if something comparable is available.

Terrible experience. I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. The woman who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and asked me to leave without any explanation. There was no attempt to communicate or resolve anything, just a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! There are far better options where guests are treated with basic respect.
