Willow Inn + Suites

Great location,clean rooms and friendly staff.

Clean. Quiet. Full kitchen with plates, pots, pans, coffee maker.

My partner and I are currently staying here, and the place is great! One of the best hotels we've stayed in. The front desk receptionists are always friendly and helpful, and we've had no issues with other guests, were allowed to have our fur babies free of charge which is a plus for us! We will definitely be making this our go to hotel!

On another the other employees nice Tiffany the management is not a management material she makes up a whole bunch of lies she overcharged you she blames the animals for making a mess all the time maintenance man replace an air conditioner we had to wait for 3 months to get new one I had called the the health department because my girlfriend got shocked from a lamp now she has nerve damage she's going through therapy and possibly having surgery because it's not getting no better I think they should shut the Willow Inn & Suites down for good I made a bad mistake by going to Willow Inn & Suites I will go back to Motel 6 they are the best ones and they take care of their guess better than Willow Inn & Suites

GM is awesome, they care about providing a good atmosphere for guests, better than more expensive places in the area with bigger and more updated rooms

Am a truck driver ,,my truck had some issues so I had to stay at the hotel for 3 weeks ..I did enjoyed being there it's really felt like home..services were in point tv, fridge microwave, free laundry and more over Tiffany, Sam and Dylan were so adorable friendly and awesome..I recommend anyone who s Eau Claire pay a visit at the hotel you won't be disappointed as I wasn't and you'll thank me later..Mugogo

Im currently staying a Willow Inn + Suites as a short term living situation. The rooms look nice until you look closer then you see they are trying to put lipstick on a pig but I guess for $50 a night you can't complain. There's also a limited number of parking spots as you have to park right next to the building or risk getting towed. I was also told to move my car from a pretty nice spot right next to my room and the exit door by one of the staff members claiming that it was a staff parking even though 2 other staff members saw it parked in that spot and said nothing about moving it. Where I come from the paying customer gets the best spots while the staff get the crappy ones. This staff member also parked his car right in front of exit doors so close you could barely get out of that door. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you can afford something better only stay here if you're desperate like me.

Tiffany is the most amazing owner I have ever come across. Very helpful and get things done that need to be taken care of in a timely manner. I love it here

Sam’s freaking amazing. The only reason I got this room. She walked me through everything made sure everything was correct. Made our reservations and got us an amazing beautiful room. (2 rooms to be correct) Then also met Tiffany and she walked us through everything to make sure our stay was extra comfortable. 100/10 recommend.

Rooms are big, clean and quiet. All the sleep you want. And the 2 nice lady's at front desk are awesome. Very helpful and nice. Thanks for the stay.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The general manager Tiffany is super helpful and has a wonderful, eager to accommodate staff of employees. It is definitely still being remodeled, but for the most part it is safe, secure, cozy, inviting and I felt welcome to be there. The 24 7 aspect is great! Able to pay any time and it's extremely easy to get a hold of staff if need be.
