Eureka Live is the basement nightclub at 35 North Main Street in Eureka Springs, the Ozark town that has kept its LGBTQ+ doors open for decades. It pairs drag shows with dance parties, and the staff gets as much praise as the performers. Expect a mixed crowd of locals and weekenders, gay and straight, sharing the floor. Open Thursday through Sunday, the doors open at noon until 2 a.m., though Sundays cut off at midnight. The real action starts once the sun goes down. If you’re visiting during one of the town’s annual Diversity Weekends, get there early. The club fills fast when the town does. With a 4.9 rating from over 2,000 Google reviews, it’s hard to find a place this small with that kind of consistent approval.
