Had a great stay here, loved the decor, charm and of course pinball machines. Peaceful and clean place and the owner was kind and accommodating. I will be back next time visiting Richmond!

If you're into pinball, this is a fun place to stay, with over a dozen machines from various periods set to free play. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is basic (bagels, yogurt, toaster waffles) but that's not why you go here.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place!!!!! The owner is super kind and constantly checked up to make sure we were OK. The games are fabulous, but in all honesty the hospitality is 100/10.

Do NOT give any money to this guy “Pete” for anything. I booked him back in January, to officiate our wedding, which took place on September 6th. We paid him 240$ and checked in with him back in July to ensure he could still attend. He said he could. The day of our wedding, he never showed. I walked down the aisle to my future husband with absolutely NO ONE there to marry us. After calling him several times, he claimed he “forgot” about our wedding. He has yet to refund us our money and has now blocked my phone number. The whole experience was extremely humiliating and stressful.

My friend and I booked a room for a concert at the Racetrack. Location was perfect and it was super peaceful. The games were amazing and that was a top reason for booking here for the price point. Our room was not available and we didn’t find out until on our way there. But I will say, he did try to fix the error and that was very appreciated. I would absolutely stay again!
