Ocean's Sound Hotel

I repeat DO NOT book here EVER. I checked in on Friday, 7/19/24 took about 40mins to do so as the Front Desk was arguing w/ customers in front of everyone waiting. I went to my room dropped off my bags went to dinner. Came back a few hrs. later walked in our room & it had an infestation of roaches. I took pictures immediately. Grabbed my stuff & ran out. Another family on the same floor across from my room said they had the same experience. Went to the front desk and was quiet about it. I didn't want to make a scene since other customers were checking in. I asked for a refund & they said NO & offered me another room. I said NO I will book w/ another hotel chain. If two rooms have an infestation I'm sure the whole building does. They declined & said rudely take it up w/ Expedia who I booked with. And as I was walking out the front desk lady in front of other customer yelled "yeah we have rats too" & laughed. This is the worst experience I ever had w/ customer service at any hotel chain. And I'm still going back & forth to get my money back.

Omg I loved my stay here. They brought a roll away up stairs to make my son more comfortable. The king-size suite was so beautiful, and the coffee maker helped out a lot.

Easy check-in and check out also rooms are equipped with kitchens that make a longer stay comfortable for the downtime. Enjoy your stays ⛱️🌴☀️
