Some upgrades and repairs needed here and there but overall very very great!

Never again. We were first sent to the wrong room on a floor that was completely under construction, no air conditioning in the slowest elevator known to man. Only 1 elevator worked on that area so my kids and I kept having to wait and finally took all of outlr belongings down 4 flights of stairs that took us outside the building where we had to walk back into the lobby. We were then sent to a room on the 3rd floor that was a qtr mile away from any elevator or stair case. That was open or working (fire hazard ) we walked through the nice part of the floor with air conditioning all the way for our room to be in the area with zero access in the hall way. Immediately we noticed our toilet was clogged. The guy came and look8ed at it and told us "oh okay it has toilet paper in it" like that was: #1 my problem and #2 a problem for toilet paper to be in the toilet. So he changed out room after telling me not to put paper in the toilet. We changed rooms to one further into the depth of hell with no Fridge or microwave and it was at about 1030 pm when the AC broke on us in the room . I called down and they wanted to change our room again. My family were all sweating. I asked for a fan instead. So they brought us a fan from the constriluction floor (which was nice). But I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this fire hazard. No air conditioning, mildew smelling , 1 ancient elevator having, sticky floor hotel. 3 stars for security parking and the pool though.

My name is Rachel G. And checked in June 20th 2026 and left June 23rd. The lobby, and the pool was nice. Lots of mirrors around and aesthetic backgrounds for outfit pictures. For a $400+ 2 queen bedroom my friend and I were definitely ripped off. Upon entering the room, the light switch cover for the entrance hall was scratched up, the outlet closest to the window was falling apart to where we could see the wires and most disgustingly of all my friend discovered a roach! The staff moved our room once we brought these issues up to the front desk the first time but even the room change took about 30 minutes. Not for us to move our stuff in but for the staff to actually switch it! My friend and I requested a partial refund and was told that it would be passed to a manager, I never heard from her. After checking out I called twice about it and finally speaking to a manager I was told they would “review” what I know I saw and give me a call back. They did not call back until 3 hours after the time they told me I would receive the call and AGAIN when I called for ANOTHER follow up, the manager was not on duty. When does the manager ever work exactly? And where is my partial refund?? My cousin recommended this place and I would never book again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property!! It’s SOOOOO NICE yall😭 it is a newer property so everything is new and the room was huge!! No bugs or roaches at all! Honestly one king size room could have 4-5 guests in it. I will be staying here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For the amount of money you spend here no free breakfast is insane. That should be included.

It was a roach in my room I booked on Hotwire and got placed here randomly supposedly a 4 star hotel but the air conditioning wasn’t working they did put me in another room still didn’t feel comfortable and far from the airport

It was so nice. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the hotel was just good in general.

Front desk lady was awesome

Beautiful place. Just needs a small night bar with music and piano place was awesome staying another night
