A very friendly welcome from the lovely ladies at the hotel. The hotel offers good value for money; we stayed there one night before a cruise. The restaurant on the corner wasn't great, but it's unrelated to the hotel. We had to remove the Air Wick air freshener and air out the room. It was fine for one night, though. Breakfast is a short walk to the left. All in all, a successful stay; we'll be back for our next cruise.

I was very nervous at first about this place but it turns out to be a great experience. Magda is an amazing person thank you for helping us find a room comfortable for us. We had a great experience and we have to give you the credit. Thanks for your patience and knowledge you’re very kind and understanding thanks for everything. God bless you. I love that the hotel is close to a lot restaurants and events we had a great time visiting with friends and would definitely come back again. The room is clean nice cool air with tv microwave and a small refrigerator. Everything you need for a short stay. Love it here the front desk is 24hrs and they’re always there for any questions and help that we need

ROACHES!! BEWARE!! We originally booked through booking.com but when we got to the biscayne we were told the price was too low and they proceeded to charge us almost double for the room stating they "couldnt find" our reservation even though we had confirmation number. The tub is in need of repairs, the cieling leaks when it rains, there were hairs in the tub, the floors were dirty, and worst of all THEY HAVE COCKROACHES. We were told to wait for the manager to come in at 11am instead of helping us in the morning.

Love staying at this hotel! Great location with food and things to do nearby. Rooms are clean and area is quiet. Amerie at the front desk is the best! Very helpful and always pleasant!

There are places in this world that try to seduce you with velvet ropes, rooftop pools, and $38 cocktails poured by men with suspicious mustaches and trust funds. And then there’s the Biscayne Hotel — a blunt, honest instrument of survival in the neon-soaked chaos of Miami. No illusions, no pretense. Just a clean bed, a working lock on the door, and the quiet, reassuring knowledge that you won’t wake up in a bathtub full of ice missing a kidney. Five stars for understanding the assignment. The room wasn’t trying to be photographed for some glossy magazine spread. It wasn’t whispering lies about “luxury lifestyle experiences.” It was clean. Immaculately, almost suspiciously clean. Floors you could walk barefoot on without contemplating your life choices. Sheets that didn’t smell like regret. A modern bathroom that functioned like a well-trained soldier — no leaks, no drama, just hot water on demand and the kind of reliability that makes you reconsider your standards elsewhere in life. And then there’s the price — a number so reasonable it feels like a clerical error in a city that usually charges you rent just to breathe near the ocean. Miami has a way of bleeding your wallet dry while smiling about it, but this place refuses to participate in that madness. It stands there like a stubborn old bartender who still pours a stiff drink for five bucks and doesn’t care what the Yelp crowd thinks. Location? Dangerous in the best possible way. You step outside and within minutes you’re wandering into restaurants, bars, and late-night food joints that hum with life and questionable decisions. No need for rideshares or complicated logistics — just walk. Let the city unfold. Let the night take you where it wants, knowing you’ve got a safe, no-nonsense basecamp waiting for your eventual return. This isn’t luxury. It’s better than luxury. It’s freedom from the circus. The Biscayne Hotel doesn’t try to impress you — it quietly outperforms the overpriced nonsense surrounding it. And in a place like Miami, that kind of honesty feels almost rebellious.
