Courtyard by Marriott - Philadelphia Langhorne

My wedding hotel block was here. Knowing some of the hotel options closer to the venue had mediocre reviews, we went a bit further for this hotel. We had a great experience. We got ready in the club lounge which was spacious, comfy, and had awesome natural light. We also did Sunday brunch in the hotel restaurant which was great if you’re looking for something low key the next morning. The rooms are due for a refresh, but got the job done.

Just overnight. Good bed, good shower, good sleep. Ready to go for the next day.

After a long drive and full day at Sesame Place, we arrived at the hotel to find the water completely out of service. The general manager dismissed the complaint, attributing it to a county-wide outage. Plausible, but ultimately irrelevant to guests who paid for a functional room. When the water finally returned, it was brown. If you're considering this property, know that when things go wrong, even things outside their control, guests are on their own.

Incredible management and guest care Huge thanks to Justin, the manager at the Sheraton Bucks County Hotel. He called me proactively before my check in to inform me of a maintenance problem with my booked room. He did not just bring me a problem; he brought the exact solution. He immediately switched me to an upgraded room and kept my original, lower rate. That kind of foresight and attention to detail is rare. My stay was excellent, and the customer service here is top-notch.

This hotel was very nice for a work trip. The area itself is not a hotspot and I wouldn’t say there’s much to see here. They serve warm cookies in the lobby which I enjoyed after a long work day. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I’d stay here again if I have to visit this site another time.
