What an amazing evening at the Ash Street Inn with Chef Nick. The Inn’s renovation has transformed the place into the most unique and beautiful place to stay and eat in the Queen City. From the beautifully curated artwork and furniture to the delicious meal prepared by Chef Nick, the vibes were immaculate. Can’t wait to go back!

The brand new and gorgeously renovated Ash Street Inn and Ash Restaurant is an exceptional experience in every way. From the victorian architecture to the original and eclectic art works throughout the space, you are transported to a creative and connected environment. I imagine Dorothy Parker and the Algonquin round table choosing the Ash as their new meeting space. The rooms are curated, interesting, and wholly luxurious from the products, to the lighting, to the bedding. Absolutely top shelf! And the dining experience?? The weekly fixed menu by Chef Nick was incredible and artistic from start to finish. An intimate and expansive experience all in one. This is a must for locals, regional to global travelers wanting a unique and rewarding hospitality experience in the heart of a cool and upcoming city.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ash Street Inn, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The recent renovation has completely transformed the property—what was once a charming historic inn now feels like a modern, swanky social club you’d expect to find in downtown DC. The design strikes a perfect balance between classic character and contemporary comfort, and the newly appointed rooms are absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. What really makes this place special, though, is how thoughtfully modern art has been incorporated throughout the property. For anyone with an interest in contemporary or modern art, this feels like more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. The aesthetic, the details, and the overall vibe create an environment that feels curated and inspiring. The location is another major highlight. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, it’s an easy walk to the Currier Museum of Art, Honeycup Tea Room, and To Share Brewing Company, all of which add to the overall experience. Downtown Manchester is also just a short distance away, offering a wide variety of great dining and nightlife options. What really sets the Ash Street Inn apart is the attention to detail and the overall vibe—it feels intentional, elevated, and welcoming all at once. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or hosting out-of-town guests, this property truly stands out. I can’t say enough good things about the refreshed space and the experience as a whole—already looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful home, classic architecture and masterfully remodeled recently. Each room has a theme, a dedicated chef on staff. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. This is a treat and walking distance to the local museum and social club.

Absolutely LOVED Ash Street Inn. We were in town for my partner's graduation from Southern New Hampshire University, and we had such a lovely stay. Margit and Rob accommodated our schedule since we were arriving before their arrival window, and they were so so helpful and kind during our stay. The place is so thoughtfully decorated and cozy. We had breakfast in the morning and everything was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came to Manchester for my graduation from SNHU. The Ash Street Inn was the PERFECT place to stay for a few days during this time. This was, by far, the cleanest B&B we have stayed at. It was immaculate. Thoughtful touches were everywhere: the rooms had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable, a heater in the bathroom, we had coffee, tea, and cookies every evening, and an amazing breakfast to start our day. The house was charming and close to the college. We stayed in room 207, which had a wardrobe for hanging our jackets, stained-glass windows, and a spacious bathroom. I give the Ash Street Inn and its hosts a 10/10 and would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ash Street Inn! It is a beautiful Victorian Bed and Breakfast with lovely hosts. The accommodations were so cozy and comfortable with so many thoughtful details like the homemade cookies with coffee when we arrived and the mini fridge by the door stocked with chilled drinks and the luxurious bath robes in the room. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Inn with great rooms, ours had a fireplace which was nice. They serve a made to order breakfast. Every detail is thought about and planned out. We've stayed here many times and brought family on some trips.
