The staff was the only good part of this hotel experience. The lady at the front desk and the breakfast staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They truly deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. However, the room was a complete disappointment. DO NOT stay in room #436. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub and shower were in terrible condition, the water would not drain properly while showering, and there was hair in the tub that clearly did not belong to us. The room felt dirty and very poorly maintained. A hotel can have great staff, but cleanliness and maintenance are essential, and this place completely failed in that area. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone until they seriously improve the condition of their rooms.

I came back to this hotel specifically because the staff are so great. When a rock shattered my sun roof, they took the time to help find something I could use as a temporary cover and let me park my car under the awning and out of the rain all weekend. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. And Zee and her breakfast! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Great experience! Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming any time we ran into anyone. Breakfast was tasty and Chef Zee made the continental breakfast a comfortable and joy-filled experience

Brent the manager was a very sharp man who made us feel most welcome from the moment we walked in and he runs a good hotel. The food was delicious. Housekeeping personnel were very friendly and eager to help. Our room was small but definitely sufficient. The bed was comfy. Thank y'all for a great stay!

I wasn’t planning to stop in Memphis at all. I was in the middle of traveling to another state when news of a tornado storm forced me to find somewhere safe & fast. What started as a stressful, uncertain situation quickly turned into an experience I’ll never forget, all because of one person. When I walked into the hotel, I was tired, anxious, and just hoping for a smooth check-in. That’s when I met Brent Cosgrove at the front desk. From the very first interaction, he didn’t treat me like just another guest, he treated me like someone who genuinely needed care in that moment. Brent immediately made me feel at ease. He was calm, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during the storm. His attention to detail and genuine concern stood out in a way that you don’t often see. It wasn’t just good customer service—it was real empathy. Because of Brent, what could have been a stressful and unsettling night turned into one where I actually felt safe and taken care of. He represents exactly what hospitality should be. Brent deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond. If you stay here, just know you’re in great hands.
