Black Lesbian Research Symposium

The BLSS Research Salon cohort presents their summer findings from the Lesbian Herstory Archives. After months of diving into the collections, researchers Jalyn, Kenny, Rachel, Renita, Serita, and Sheena share insights on Black Lesbian life through the lens of material culture, labor organizing, resistance, and geographic mobility. The symposium includes brief presentations, a panel discussion, and breakout workshops based on their specific projects. Open to everyone. Virtual options are available for those not local.
