Wonderful special place great for a getaway

Such an absolute gem in our state. There aren’t a lot of nice hotels in Oregon, but this is a real upscale experience, especially the manicured grounds around the hotel. Such a pleasure to go for a stroll and take in the incredibly beautiful array of trees, meadows, and vineyards right outside. Lovely!

The Allison is a nice hotel - clean, quiet, and well maintained with a small number of convenient self parking spots and close to several good wineries. We liked our room very much - large, plenty of storage, well equipped, clean, quiet, well maintained and a view of some trees and Springbrook Road. We kept the curtains closed. The gas fireplace was really nice and easy to operate. Andy (concierge) was helpful and friendly. We had hoped for a much higher overall level of hospitality, but staff was generally reserved and distant - not warm and friendly like at the Stephanie Inn. Rain Dance (certified Sustainable) is a good winery and a short walk away. La Provence Boulangerie on Barrows (in Beaverton) is a very good dining option.

This hotel was impeccable. They were able to do everything right. The rooms were great. The facilities seemed brand new and were extremely complete. The restaurant opened one day into our stay, and was extraordinary and a good value for the price. The staff was friendly, and the valet parking was included and prompt. It was a wonderful stay and we'd love to go back later.

This review is specifically for the Allison spa I have been an aesthetician for over 39 years and I have been in private practice and I’ve had the pleasure of serving many clients in the journey of rejuvenative skin care I specifically looked forward to visiting the Allison Inn and spa during a very special vacation last week and I couldn’t wait to book a Hydro facial at their spa. I’ve heard many good things about the Allison Inn and wanted to take advantage of the resort type rejuvenative experience it is one of my greatest pleasures in life to travel the world and go to these sorts of places. And I have been to many over the years. I have never been so disappointed for such an expensive service. I booked a Simple Hydro facial and an extra lymphatic drainage. The cost was just under $300 and to my surprise, the technician who was working there for three years already did not understand the importance of using slip on the skin while dragging across a suction device on the skin I have very healthy skin but mature skin. I even had asked her to please put something on my skin to help. It’s movement and she insisted that it’s just done like this. Which it does not I have performed the service for years. Then the lack of consistent application, the little finger tapping in the lackluster movement of the technician actually touching me. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone please find a local practitioner who does good work. This is not worth the money at all. My stay at the hotel was lovely otherwise Excellent food excellent service. The rooms were top quality. We would definitely go back, but I would suggest to stay away from spa treatments. Maybe next time I’ll try massage. Hope to have a better experience.

The Spa here is just lovely. All the amenities feel modern, but it still has such a warm ambiance. The staff are also very attentive!

My stay at this stunning winery hotel was absolutely unforgettable. The property is breathtaking, beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by picturesque vineyard views. Waking up overlooking the vines felt magical. The staff provided warm, attentive service that made the entire experience feel both exclusive and welcoming. If you're looking for a classy, serene escape with world-class wine and unforgettable scenery, this is the place. I can’t wait to return!
