Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

The reception staff were very rude. Receptionist “Gracie” was unhelpful and unprofessional. They gave me a room with a terrible view, and when I went back, they told me they couldn't change my room. After a long discussion, they agreed, but asked me to wait three hours, claiming they needed to prepare the room. Honestly, it was a terrible experience.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff. The employee who assisted me “ Gracie” was not professional, appeared uninterested in addressing my concerns, and communicated in a manner that felt dismissive and discourteous. Customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, the interaction did not meet the standard I would expect from a hospitality establishment. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training.

Service: I am Not Proud to say, that I left my LV purse and almost $10k cash in my room the day of check out. I hit the road, excited for a friend's trip of gambling and fun! Two hours down the road, the OMNI management team called my cell, asking if I could provide them details on any personal items that I had maybe left behind in the room. It was then that it Hit Me! I had left my Purse! I was able to get my belongings back, with not a dollar missing! They could have TOTALLY ruined my weekend and taken everything I had, but instead they chose to do the right thing. From the cleaning staff, all the way up to the management team, I am FOREVER GRATEFUL! Thank you OKC OMNI for your professionalism, honesty and integrity. Yall have absolutely solidified a FOREVER CLIENT out of me!

Nice hotel. Girl at front desk wouldn't sell me crackers at 5:30 pm because it wasn't 6:00 pm. I was sick and just wanted something to settle my stomach. She wasn't pleasant at check out either on 06/10/26 at 10:55 am. She shouldn't be in the people business.

Very nice hotel. Clean and accommodating staff. Valet service is impeccable! I travel in a large work group that asks for it's vehicles all at the same time. Valet handles the situation in a graceful and timely manner.

Valet costs 40 even though there is no sign and the attendant didn't say. Around the corner is a public garage that is 10. A lot of the places in the hotel is closed on Sunday. We were directed to the shop in the store by the clerk only to walk there and find it closed. Also no microwave in the hotel room. There was a nice view of downtown and sizzertail park.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at The Omni. Friendly and polite staff at every point, from valet to check-in to restaurant. Bob’s Steak and Chophouse was a highlight: excellent food and knowledgeable waitstaff.

Location was central to everything. It is right across the street walking distance to paycom arena and there was a conference that it was also walking distance from. With that being said even if your on a higher floor if you have a street view it can be very noisy at night due to traffic. Also there will be a lot of access to families like a Disney resort without kids assigned areas. Every room gets welcome candy so didn't really feel special as my stay was first time for my engagement and Amex cardholder being it's 1 out of two for the Fine Hotel and resorts. I was given upgrade as apart of me Amex benefits, $100 hotel credit, but didn't get to experience late check out we had to head home. There is a complimentary breakfast included for two but since it's not buffet everything on menu is Al carte. I had to ask front desk how it works and was advised we get $60 a day during our stay it's not advertised so beware. Kids under 11 do eat free and Seltzer's does open from 7am-2pm giving you plenty time to eat Breakfast or Brunch. Portions are good but there is a bit of wait so that could use a bit upgrade once seated to ensure food heat quality. Other than that I enjoyed my stay hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

I had a wonderful experience

While my stay is still upcoming, I have been so impressed by the staff! They have been proactive, knowledgeable and easy to contact. Hanna especially was so kind to reach out prior to my stay. It says a lot about a hotel when they make you feel special (when you’re no one special at all!) before you even arrive. I’m very much looking forward to my time there!

The Omni Oklahoma City was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the seamless valet service to the stunning lobby and bar, every detail made our stay feel special. Our room view overlooking the Thunder arena was incredible and truly added to the experience. We were warmly welcomed by Forrest with a smile and a handshake, which set the tone right away. His hospitality stood out again when we checked out this morning—he greeted us and wished us a safe trip home, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were in town for the Women’s College World Series to support our Red Raider women, as well as Game 7 of the Western Conference NBA Finals, and the Omni provided the perfect place to stay during such an exciting time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back!
