THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD - The entrance is immaculate to the hotel, how ever the elevator and the floor u live on (I stayed on 4th floor) smelled of pet piss it’s a horrible smell The rooms were horrible they are small and basic. And smelly as well The bathroom is tiny and shower is filthy The shower door doesn’t close all the way so water gets on the floor They have an old ac unit installed in the wall and not central Ac/heat I do not recommend this stay for new comers it’s over rated and Franchised this is not up to the CAMBRIA STANDARDS (I forgot to get photos) You can’t take a photo of a smell either also the bed is good sheets are worn out and pillows are too soft I have had a crook in my neck for the two day stay me and my family was about to leave we didn’t want to waste money

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, but since I was traveling alone and didn't need much space, it worked fine for me. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent. One day the room was serviced, the next day it wasn't. During my stay, a housekeeping staff member accidentally broke one of my cords, but to the hotel's credit, they replaced it promptly. The biggest drawback for me was the smell throughout the hotel. There is an Indian restaurant on the main floor, and while the food was excellent, the aroma from the restaurant seemed to carry throughout the property. I enjoy Indian food, but having the smell constantly present in the hallways and common areas for the entire stay was a bit overwhelming. One thing to note is that the restaurant does not offer room service.

Make sure to read the 1-star reviews! They’re the most accurate. Don’t let the high reviews fool you, it’s disgusting. We originally booked 2 nights, but couldn’t even stay one night. We chose to leave our non-refundable room to stay the clean Tru by Hilton 10 minutes away. Why a hotel would put a smelly restaurant in the lobby that makes the entire hotel smell like Indian food is just bizarre. The towels were stained. The pillows looked ancient & filled half a pillow case. The floors were sticky. Truly disgusting place.

Worst front desk service, rooms had lots of hairs on floor and beds and pillows, as we requested to fix it before sleeping, front staff refuses to clean instead he handover some bed sheets and blankets to change it ourselves. If you cant afford hiring staff why you run these businesses.

Great location but room cleanliness and service not satisfactory, Please check your room and bed before using it, we found hairs all over room and on bed and pillows, when we informed front desk, they refuse to change it and hand over few bed sheets and blankets to change it ourselves because they were short staff. Very disappointing. Please check and confirm about cleanliness before making reservations.

Shay made my experience amazing! If it wasn’t for her excellent customer service then my review would be competent different. I stayed for 4 nights and her smile, genuine eagerness to help, and kindness went a long way for my experience. She was on night duty during my stay this week but I always appreciate her thoughtfulness to help me and my concerns that arose during my stay. When I let her know of my phobia and things I needed in my room to help she did not judge me, was kind and understanding, and thought of ideas to help me feel secure in my nights stay.

I stayed here for a work conference. Location is great! Staff were nice and friendly in all areas. I had a great custumer service interaction at coffee shop with employee name Leticia. She was friendly bright and early. She walked me through the Iced coffee options. She also engaged with me about my visit and gave me great information about Orlando. Leticia is an employee that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated. I recommend this coffee shop for that reason.

We were walk-ins and needed a place to stay for one night. They got us three rooms right away without any hassle. A clean hotel with a great rooftop pool and bar. Free parking and great staff. The beds were very comfortable, and you get a great Orlando view in some of the rooms. The rooms were clean, but I felt they could use a little more tender care with the walls and damaged areas. I had scratches and marks on the walls, and a chair that had an obvious big hole on it. The rooms are a nice size, with not much furniture in them. You get a bed, desk and chair, basically in all. Including a coffee pot and a mini fridge. Some high-tech things, like a digital bathroom mirror and lights under the bed. No continental breakfast, but they have a pastry bar where you can buy pastries and muffins for under $5.00. One Indian Cuisine restaurant inside. A pool table, small gym, and free shuttle service to Universal Studios.
