El Vez

Had a great dinner here. Teddy provided excellent service. He was quick, friendly, and had great recommendations. We were seated in about 40 minutes with no reservation on Friday. Food was delicious and portions were satisfactory. Would come again.

Such friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit.

Our orders arrived quickly, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. Really impressed with the service here.

Excellent steak tacos. The manchego queso dip was also great, as was the guac with yellowtail tuna. Classic marg on point.

Food is good just not your typical taco spot. Have to Ask for things separately. Keeping that in mind it's a great time. Drinks are good. Making a resy, be sure of your table size because it's difficult to change.

I have eaten at El Vez and drank here and had a decent time . But I am leaving a bad review because I just drove past and saw someone folding the utensils inside tha napkins outside and that is absolutely nasty lol . Do you know how many homeless ppl are walking around , ppl coughing , trash cans , the amount of people walking by ? Super unsanitary, that should absolutely be done inside . I am not even sure how that makes sense to the people who gave the instructions to do that . Yuck .

I loved my waiter when I went here. He was hilarious. The food is also so spectacular y delicioso.

Had such a good dinner at El Vez! The food was authentic, fresh, and really tasty, and honestly, the whole experience was great — from the decor and vibe to the crowd and atmosphere. The nachos and house-special guac are a must-try! We also loved the enchiladas — they had such a unique, fresh flavor. The tacos were light, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. And the drinks were on point 🍹 Overall, had a really good time here. Great food, fun vibe, and a place I’d definitely come back to. If you’re in Philly, definitely give El Vez a try — I’ll be back for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A little too loud,food was mid, service was mid. I was generous with the 4 stars, not trying to bring the place down, just wasnt feeling the love there. 💔
