5 and 6/2026 Late Post I frequent J Resort and wanted to recognize two employees who consistently provide excellent customer service and deserve recognition for their hard work. Jhela – Porter 5/28/26 She is always busy and constantly on the move. I’ve seen her doing double duty, cleaning the casino floor area as well as the restrooms near the Aspen Tower. Week after week, she is out on the floor maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Her dedication and strong work ethic have definitely not gone unnoticed. Gage – Security 6/1/26 I first met Gage when he kindly assisted me with opening a water bottle. We ended up chatting about his name since my nephew has the same name. Since then, I’ve noticed him regularly making his rounds throughout the property, always professional, approachable, and attentive. I wanted to take a moment to make sure these two individuals are recognized for their efforts and commitment to providing a positive guest experience. Thank you, Jhela and Gage, for all that you do! 3/2026 On our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Denise, who was not only friendly and personable but also incredibly efficient. She made her rounds quickly without ever making us feel rushed, and her positive attitude really added to the overall experience. Always appreciate the hard work—it’s a big part of why we keep coming back! 1/29/2026 Alyssa was our server, and she was fast, friendly, and efficient! It was pretty busy due to their January monthly promo, but she was nonstop and handled everything smoothly. We also stopped by Hannah’s Express to use our food credit and grab a pizza. Andrew, the GM, was pulling double duty—helping out at Hannah’s Restaurant and working the Express counter as well. 1/17/2026 I was passing through downtown Reno coming up from Carson City and decided to stop by for a pizza from Hannah’s Express counter. I ended up playing a bit and got called up for one of their promotions. It was my first time meeting Dallin, who was extremely welcoming, friendly, and energetic—and he even pronounced my name correctly, which I really appreciated! And a shout-out to the great cocktail servers as well—Sweet and Marzena! 🍹 11/27/2025 We weren't sure what we were going to do for Thanksgiving dinner this year. Originally planning to head out towards Fallon, because half of our party was gonna be in that area already -- but since plans changed last minute suddenly we were free to go anywhere. We decided to head over to J Resort so my son could listen to the jazz band. He loves jazz and even played in a jazz band himself, so this was a perfect treat for him. 11/12/2025 Carlos is truly an ambassador for J Resort, treating everyone like part of the family. Be sure to stop by his bar near the sportsbook! 10/17/2025 We're always excited to stop in and enjoy a wonderful evening with a great staff and amazing food at J Paul's Steakhouse ! Outstanding service as always from Ohannes (our server) and Jerry (busser) -- friendly, attentive, and professional. Manager Pierre is always present and available for any questions or assistance, which really adds a personal touch to the experience. 7/2025 Another great visit … today they had a jazz band playing by the Afterglow lounge. This was a treat ! Sax, keyboard and drums ! 4/2025 Servers 5 stars Cocktail servers Sweet and Marzena are great ! great 25% locals discount to use 3/2025 hotel 4 stars Stayed here last couple of weeks taking advantage of their promotional mailer offers and pretty nice rooms considering. Recommend Vista tower which have been newly renovated however if you want a view of "The Row" then I recommend Aspen tower. Vista - Balcony room nice with a wet bar, microwave and midsize refrigerator. Aspen - Skyline suite had a cool bath with huge tub and walk in shower; wet bar and mini refrigerator and a half bath with pullout sofa bed.

Wonderful resort, the restaurant was amazing inside

Great value in regards to room/sleeping quality, quiet modern room. Good proximity to Virginia Street casinos (El Dorado-Silver Legacy-Circus Circus) and also walkable to the River-Walk area. Hannah's restaurant was great, buffet was decent as well.

Nice buffet, plenty of crab legs and options. Easy and downtown
