Tru by Hilton Rogers Bentonville

one of the best hotels ive been to, ever. The front desk lady was pleasant to talk to; i wish i remember her name, she was great. the lobby was clean, and presented well - the chairs and countertops were clean. the rooms were cleaned to a good degree, no issues with any "weird smells" or trash left behind. I would say it was cleaned really well prior to us entering - definitely was a relief once i seen how clean it was. my only complaint is that using YouTube on their TV's only allow up to 480p, but its understandable - not even close to a real issue that'd need to be addressed. The breakfast was great, its your typical hotel breakfast. no complaints. food was properly cooked - i will give it to them that they have extra pancake toppings other than syrup so that was a treat. checking out had no issues either. This hotel truly was a great experience, i cannot complain about anything here, im seriously recommending staying here based on my experience. it was great.

Friendly staff.. modern facility... Clean rooms....It's tucked back in away from main road so there's not the traffic noise.

Besides not being able to sleep all night because of how noisy the hotel is and the overwhelming smell of sewer in our room from the gurgling drain in the bathroom floor (that I told the front desk about and nothing was attempted to be done about it at all), it was fantastic.

This area is accessible to places of dining, shopping and the interstate. I had to wait a couple times for the receptionist to return to the front. I wasn’t pleased with the stay due to people’s children banging on my door and laughing while they got into the elevator. I asked the receptionist to see if he could handle the matter and it took quite awhile before it was handled. We had just got done working all day and then the knocking occurred which is very annoying as we were trying to rest in the afternoon after a long day. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable at all. My neck and back hurt both days I stayed here. Hotel room was very clean and I thoroughly appreciated that. It was quite noisy majority of the time I was there even throughout the night hours from other people within the hotel.
