Hotel Abri - Union Square

Great hotel with a very handy location. Not too far from the airport and close to access the tram system and tour buses. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

The suite that we had was nice. The room could be updated a little but overall a good experience. Walking distance to shopping and food. There's not. Microwave in the room ,but we did have a refrigerator. The room was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, small but affordable and gets the job done

Had the most amazing week staying in the hotel. The staff were absolutely 10/10 so friendly, accommodating and helpful with information about local places to eat and do stuff. Evan and Edwin at reception in particular were stellar gentlemen. The only thing I would say is there is quite a few homeless folk and people on drugs around that part of city but the front door of the hotel is always locked and nothing at all happened to us while we were there. Great central location downtown, fantastic staff, definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

Can't believe we found this hotel. We stay in the city a few times a year and didn't even know this existed. It's modern, small, friendly, clean and 5 minutes from union Square. The rooms were nicely appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed. Oh, super reasonable too!!!

I had a frustrating experience with Hotel Abri's cancellation policy. I booked four nights, but weather-related flight cancellations made it impossible to get to San Francisco. My original flight was canceled and so were the rebooking options. I never reached SF. I expected some kind of penalty. That's fair. What I didn't expect was to be charged for all four nights when I couldn't arrive due to circumstances completely outside my control. What disappointed me most was the lack of any flexibility. Many hotels will work with guests in situations like this. A partial refund, a credit...something like that. But nothing. If you're booking, read the cancellation terms carefully. They won't even accommodate a cancelled flight due to bad weather.

A wonderful hotel for exploring the city, with several restaurants nearby that are easily accessible on foot! The room and bathroom are excellent. Comfortable bed.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's ideally located in the heart of the Union Square district, which is really convenient for getting around on foot and enjoying the surrounding area. Public transportation is also easily accessible. The room was quite nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
