$20.50 for a Tito's & Red Bull? That's the last time that me or any of friends come here. I'm not cheap, but I won't tolerate getting charged more than the people standing next to me. Lost more business than you can imagine from one transaction.

This is NOT a safe space for gay women, period. While I was in there I tried to talk to staff about someone stealing my drink, Im 5'3 and had to end up tracking them down and taking one he just ordered. There was about 15 people left in the club in tiny circles getting the last dudes left that had nobody to hook up with when I heard a story about a perv then I ended up running around trying to find my guy friend and go outside, When I got up the stairs to the door I noticed my jacket fell off my bag inside, I was told to wait almost a hour at the door, just to be told to come back the next day, I had to leave town so my mom did @9PM and nobody was there . They're holding my jacket hostage at this point. The response time is ridiculous and unprofessional I still haven't heard anything about my stuff. It is EXTREMELY small in there, and like I said it was only a few people... I should've been allowed to turn around and go get it when I was in the threshold of the door, especially since it wasnt closed yet, so I could ENSURE I GET IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS TO IT, instead I politely waited then was disrespected like I did something wrong and had some dude yelling in my face going "lalala I can't hear you", like a child, as if I wasn't supposed to question it or be upset after I waited there for almost a hour; there wasnt a drop of courtesy even when one of the owners knew I had been waiting, but thats how they treat us, why couldnt one person hand it to me when I mentioned? Or even after a hour?. Its been 4 days now and still no word about my jacket. I'll have to call the police or something to get in contact with them. How do you not respond to the only contact method you have when you made a patron a promise that they would get their stuff? Im tired of these non professional people moving here opening businesses then not having proper respect for the customer and looking down on people like they're special cause you have 4 people who can purchase a small property in DC, anyone that actually has experience in a customer facing position knows its about the CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE. People are individuals with specific experiences, needs and specific traumas, and when you move blind like that, trust me you'll end up doing it to the wrong person and wont last long and fr I am the wrong one cause God dont play about me, he knows I dropped my jacket helping someone too and I didnt deserve that. They should've left it empty and rentable after tropicalia.

people stealing phones in there. dont go. security dont care and police dont care either. been to alot of clubs in dc. never encountered this type of criminal activity. theyre probably all in it.

The cleaning lady was very rude to me she was taking her anger out on me just cuz she had to do her job and clean the restroom! If you don’t like working there find a new job! Dont take your anger out on us! She inserted her self into my convo and was speaking in Spanish ! Luckily I knew what she was saying to my face once I spoke Spanish back to her she got embarrassed and told security to kick me out so I can get embarrassed! She’s so pathetic! I’ve been going to bunker multiple times!

Unfortunately I can't rate it a zero. It advertises itself as "inclusive" place and nothing is far from reality. My partner and I (Both cisgender women) went to dance. A group a white gay men physically and verbally assaulted us. We brought it to the attention of security and he brushed it off as a mistake. We clearly used physical and verbal assault and still no consequences. Stuff like this requires expulsion from the bar but the men kept dancing as nothing had happened. We brought it to the attention of the manager and same story. The only people welcome there are chiselled gay men preferably if they are white. Diverse bodies, trans men, lesbians definitely not welcomed.
