Suburban Studios Melbourne Airport

For the $60 it was worth it. They’re currently under construction so it is pretty eerie but the room was big and the bathroom was new

They are remodeling the entire building so it's really vacant except the construction people...but it loud as hell and no discounts are offered.

Great place heck them out

It's under construction. Rooms are nice. Run shower for 4 minutes to get hot water. Mattresses are not firm but not overly soft. It's a work in progress but the price reflects this. The quaint dock in online pictures is now a condemned mess. There should be a law about providing accurate photos online and describing actual status of place your renting. I am not fussy just need4d 8 hours to sleep so for a work trip this was great price and was clean albeit under intense renovations.

Horrible hotel. Looks like a trap house

Spend four nights there, the place is under renovation, construction in different areas. At check in had to leave a deposit $100, over a week after leaving it had not been credited. I called and was told they didn't take deposits and they couldn't find that I actually stayed there. I called my credit card company and they credited my account the deposit that had been charged to my card.

My experience has been amazing wonderful place and people

Booked a 3 night stay and still currently here. First night was calm and quiet. Second evening after work my daughter and I arrive and ask for the laundry room and told there isn't one it's under construction. Ok, I'll go to the laundry mat. I ask about the gym, also that's not in working condition, it's under construction. No pool. Whatever we just roll with it. We buy donuts from the publix Bakery and the next morning they are covered in bugs. I throw them out and bring her to school and I go to work. I come back and now there's some kind of black bugs all over my wall, counter, and sink. I go down and tell the lady at the counter. She says to me let me see. So we show her the room. She moves us to another room and I walk in and there's a silverfish on the bathroom floor. I ask her if they have any bug free rooms or can I be refunded because the amenities they claim to have they don't. I don't want a room with bugs. She says no. Ok. Cool. She proceeded to tell me those weren't bugs. Ma'am they are. So now the final room we are in the ac keeps shutting off and turning off. It's smells like mold in here. Just not happy. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10 for a different hotel. This one isn't it and the customer service is worse than the run down hotel.

I’m leaving a bad review from my personal experience prior to me arriving at the motel there’s been a strong odor in the bedroom and the first night of me arriving it’s been fine but the next day it was extremely bad and that front desk didn’t take my concerns seriously and she said that all the other rooms smell the same and I had major chest pains that could of landed me in the emergency room I asked if I can switch my room they want to try to change me $20 for a different room after I had family members pay $300-$500 for my stay . I also don’t think if you’re a single mom and planning on living by yourself I highly don’t recommend you should come here because the lack of customer service and the lack of food service ethic and you guys will have to purchase your own groceries. My first night here there’s been nasty pest control and it woke me out of my sleep. Prior to me running errands too purchase myself some groceries from Publix and soon as I came into the door with my bike and my food the staff want to Be verbally disrespectful telling me I have to leave my bike outside and I just got the bike and it was a gift and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike outside so people can steal my bike.

This is a hidden gem 💎 the rooms got a total upgrade.As they are in the process of renovations.
