SunServe is an incredible organization that truly changes lives. They stood by me and supported me during one of the hardest times in my life, offering care, understanding, and guidance when I needed it most. Their compassion and dedication make them a lifeline for the community.

Very unprofessional and disappointed. I feel like I wasted my time going here; they were very unorganized from the start. My son went here and they couldn't figure what was wrong with him. The therapist got so frustrated that they walked out to take a breather. We went to a new therapist and they helped out in no time. I do not recommend this place!!

All the people at Sunserve are really great. I want to thank Jordan for all the guidance she has given me. Also, Lillian at the front desk is just amazing.

I had a traumatic and re-traumatizing abusive experience here. I was abused by the head staff years ago. They refused to retake me in after my old therapist I was assigned to from this place left screaming and told my new therapist she did not like what they did to me. I was excited to escape my abusive household and see they offered housing and mental health support. They take straight woman but I came with an open mind and heart in need of help regardless of my sexuality which had nothing to do with my healing journey. Turns out they decided to turn my healing journey into a another page of abuse in my book. My current therapist and doctors office was horrified hearing what they put me through. They decided to put an patient with c-ptsd, generalized anxiety disorder, etc on a crazy pill and made my abusers come in with me on an appointment after I told them no! STOP! Sunserve your hurting me and going over my head! They gleefully laughed in my face, never gave me housing support and played nice with my abusers while me present against my will. After this happened I never returned. With the fiery spirit I had I wanted to face them again but funnily enough they told me that they “cannot help me or offer me services because my case was too complex” My current therapist is friends with the therapist I had there and she thought this place was nuts and escaped to Kentucky. I never went back and my current therapist fought for my life for so many years and now Im on the stepping stone of finally being in a better place thanks to her. This place. Is an institutionalized government owned experiment abusive NIGHTMARE. Stay away at all COSTS. For your childrens sake. For your health sake. For the child in you that has been traumatized. Save yourself. And go elsewhere.

I did my intake there staff was awesome

I felt so in peace with the whole staff. They are so welcome, they make you forget your trouble and put you at ease. I am so released to have met them.
