I use AIDS project Worcester for my routine STI testing. They are always fast friendly.

PLACE IS BEYOND NICE I HAVE BROUGHT A FEW FRIENDS HERE TO THE FOOD PANTRY AND WOW LETS JUST SAY ITS LIKE A WHOLE LITTLE GROCERY STORE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL , INVITING AND FRIENDLY IF U NEED FOOD AND WANT MORE THAN A CAN OF BEANS N BREAD COME TO AIDS PROJECT WORCESTER INC...... GOD BLESS

They do free std testing. It's quick, private, convenient, and the staff are so incredibly nice. They make you feel at ease by making you laugh and smile during what could be a stressful visit. I can't recommend this place enough. They also do HIV testing and provide a consultation with a nurse practitioner to start PreP, and if you don't have insurance you can get it for free. Absolutely amazing.
