Katiolo Discotheque

Katiolo is a long-running nightclub at Au Cap on the east coast of Mahé, south of the airport. It is a mainstream club, not a gay venue, with a mixed crowd of Seychellois locals, resort workers and tourists, and music that runs from local sega to international pop. We have no verified hours, phone or website, and its status is unconfirmed, so ask your hotel before taking a taxi out. It is busiest late on weekend nights. Seychelles decriminalised same-sex relations in 2016, but there is no gay scene, and discretion in public is the norm.
