Visitors frequently praise the stunning views and convenient location, often describing the apartments as beautiful, clean, and comfortable. However, some guests have noted issues such as stains on furniture and carpet, and slow responses to maintenance requests like replacing a broken coffee machine.

この場所について Palm View Collective

Palm View Collective is a small mainstream accommodation at 4 Billyard Avenue in Elizabeth Bay, a harbourside pocket of Sydney next to Potts Point. It is listed as gay-friendly, not as a gay hotel, though the area has long had a sizeable LGBTQ+ population. Google reviews are strong at 4.8 from about 50. Potts Point's cafes and restaurants are a few minutes' walk, Kings Cross station is close, and the Oxford Street gay bars in Darlinghurst are about a 20-minute walk. Check the website for room types, as the property is small.

This place is 5 stars and I really have to say the view was amazing! Such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay and only a short walk to Potts Point cafes and supermarket. The Team at Palm View Collective have thought of everything and were so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful condo with a stunning view of the bay. Very comfortable furnishings and nice baths. Its a little tricky getting into the garage but it has off street parking which is a plus in the neighborhood. Convenient to all the spots you want to see in the downtown area. Would rent this again.

what an amazing place! We stayed here for 4 nights with family, there are 3 bedrooms and the living room’s view is the best. We really enjoyed the stay,. The pictures helped us to record the great memory. I’m sure I will be back soon.
