Goa Rainbow Trust

Goa Rainbow Trust is a Goa-based LGBTQ+ organisation listed as working on peer support, mental-health help, advocacy and community events across the state. Goa has no fixed gay bar scene, so groups like this are the main contact point for local queer life. There is no walk-in address on file. Reach it through its social media channels, and check there for any current events or support groups.
