Perfect hotel, already waiting for the next vacation to close there again, highly recommended

We were the whole family, we took several rooms that were clean, courteous service, we will definitely come back again.

Yesterday we arrived for one night for our wedding anniversary. The receptionist welcomed us nicely and upgraded our room. A bottle of wine and chocolate were waiting for us in the room. The room was excellent, clean, the dining room, the breakfast was of a high standard, a rich selection, fresh, clean, kosher, Mehadrin. We spend relatively few times a year and we only go to a hotel that receives a high rating. The level in the hotel exceeds most hotels, especially in Eilat.

Perfect hospitality experience at Leonardo Plaza City Tower!!! We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Saturday night, and I must say that this is one of the most impressive and high-quality hotel experiences I have ever stayed at in Israel. The food is simply amazing. Fresh, delicious, varied and exceptionally rich. I have been to dozens of hotels in Israel and abroad, and I can say with all my heart: I have never encountered such a quantity, quality and selection at any hotel in Israel. Simply a real pleasure. Especially at the holiday meals, there was an abundance that is simply difficult to describe. A huge selection of dishes, side dishes, salads, vegetables and of course a variety of meats of a very high standard. Even foie gras was part of the meal, something that I have hardly ever encountered in hotels in Israel. This simply illustrates the level of investment and selection that the hotel gives its guests. The rooms were also simply perfect. We stayed in two rooms, including a suite with a jacuzzi, and everything was large, beautiful, clean, well-kept and incredibly meticulous. The design is pleasant and impressive, everything feels high-quality, and the suite with the jacuzzi was simply an experience in itself. But the staff? There really are no such things. Each and every member of the staff we met had a genuine smile, patience, goodwill and heartfelt service. At every moment we felt that there was someone who cared about us and that it was really important to them that we were satisfied. What is amazing is Unlike many hotels where the service sometimes feels technical or alienated, here it was something different. There was a human, warm and caring feeling. Staff who really want you to leave satisfied, not just because it's their job, but because it just comes naturally to them. I am a person who really loves hotels, and I am also a person who really likes variety. Usually, even if I really enjoyed a particular hotel, I tell myself "onward, to the next hotel," because there is always another place I want to try. But here it was different. We will be back here again. I really don't remember when I left a hotel in Israel with the feeling that so many things came together perfectly: the food, the abundance, the rooms, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and especially the service. I am also a person who knows how to find shortcomings. In almost every hotel I have been to, I have found things that can be improved. Here, during my entire stay, I simply enjoyed myself. I really wish more hotels in Israel would learn from Leonardo Plaza City Tower how to give guests a high-level hospitality experience, how to invest in food, how to provide service and especially how to make guests feel that they are truly wanted. Same name. Leonardo Plaza City Tower, thank you so much for an amazing weekend. We left the hotel with a smile, with lots of good memories and especially with the feeling that we found a hotel that is really worth returning to. And I have to end with a sentence that sums it all up for me: We like to move from hotel to hotel and try new places. But this time we said: we will return to this hotel. ❤️

I went there to meet friends having breakfast in the dining room. You could sit there for hours in Grace on the Buffet. So many choices. I don’t know about the rooms because I didn’t stay there. I do know they have a parking garage. I don’t like the location except for the fact that it’s near the train station, but it is far from mid Tel Aviv.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leonardo Plaza City Tower One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Israel, by a long shot. We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Saturday night, and I really don't know where to start. I'm a person who really loves hotels, and almost always, even when I'm having a great time, I manage to find things that can be improved. I also don't usually return to the same hotel over and over again, because I like to diversify and discover new places. But something completely different happened here. This is a hotel that I will return to. And a lot. Let's start with the food, because it's simply difficult to describe the level and selection that was here. At every meal there was a crazy, rich, varied and thoughtful selection, but the holiday dinner was simply at a level that is hard to believe exists in a hotel in Israel. There was simply everything from everything. Different types of beef, lamb, lamb, goose and more and more. There was asado, brisket, goose breast, foie gras, head meat, brain, meats in different cooking, side dishes, vegetables, salads and a huge variety of dishes and flavors. If I tried to list everything, this review would become the hotel's menu. And the most important thing: it didn't just look impressive – it tasted delicious. Very much so. Everything was presented in such an inviting, aesthetic and thoughtful way that it was simply fun to come to the meal. At every meal I felt there was something more to taste and something more to discover. The rooms were also simply wonderful. We stayed in two rooms, one a deluxe room and one a suite with a jacuzzi. The rooms are large, beautiful, clean, well-kept, pleasant and very impressive. Everything felt new, meticulous and luxurious, and the hotel itself is simply pleasant to walk around in. Even the smell in the hotel was great. But if there is one thing that really surprised me, even more than the food and the rooms, it was the service. The service of the staff was at a level reminiscent of excellent hotels abroad. Courtesy, patience, a smile, a genuine desire to help, attention to detail and, above all, a feeling that the guest really matters to them. I don't know the names of all the staff members who helped us, and it's a shame, because I would have been happy to mention them one by one. But I want to personally say a huge thank you to everyone who provided us with service during our stay. We had so many small interactions with the staff members, and every time we received simply exceptional treatment. I wish all hotels in Israel, even the large hotel chains, would learn from this hotel what real service is. And most importantly for me – I'm not writing this because the hotel was "okay" or because I enjoyed it. I'm writing this because I'm a very critical person. I know how to find shortcomings, and especially in hotels in Israel there are always things to comment on. In this case, I searched. And I didn't find it. Everything came together so well: the food, the selection, the rooms, the cleanliness, the design, The atmosphere, the service and the attitude towards the guests. Even now, after we returned home, I still tell myself how happy I am that we chose this hotel. For anyone who is hesitating whether to book – just do yourself a favor and come. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews I read before booking. Of course, everyone experiences a place differently, and that's completely legitimate, but our experience was so far from that that I simply have to share. I have many more little stories from our stay that I didn't even put here, because this review would have turned into a book. We left the hotel with a huge smile, and with a clear feeling that we had found a place that we would want to return to again and again. And that doesn't happen to me often. We stayed at the hotel on Sukkot Eve with parents and 2 children. It is clear that the hotel has undergone renovation and renewal, the rooms are spacious with new furniture, new bathrooms and showers and look really good. The dinner (holiday dinner) was very well-prepared with a very nice variety of dishes, salads and desserts that you really don't see in every hotel. Breakfast was also varied with a rich selection of options. The pool is not large, but there is enough seating and the children enjoyed it. The service - every request the hotel staff helped with within a few minutes. Bottom line The hotel looks good, beautiful rooms, definitely good food, good service.

Renovated hotel after the war Very beautiful. Nice and quiet

Excellent location and close to Savidor train station, in the business center of Ramat Gan. The hotel is clean. The rooms are large and spacious, nearby restaurants and cafes. There is parking and within a few minutes you are in the old north of Tel Aviv.
