Perfect high-class hotel As soon as they realized we were a couple after a wedding, they upgraded us for free to a room with a sea view and in-room treats! Special thanks to Alex and Naomi for the service and personal attention! High-class and pampering food!

An amazing hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect. The rooms, the breakfast, the service, especially the amazing Naomi, who took care of everything for us, from parking to discounts at restaurants. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel a minute from the beach, great room with a balcony facing the sea, modernly renovated, thanks to Naomi for the warm service above and beyond, organized parking, towels to take to the beach, discount to the restaurant is really worth it!! New hotel, large and clean rooms, pleasant and quiet hotel, kind attitude, Naomi at the reception helps and takes care of everything, whether it's a recommendation for beaches or a recommendation for restaurants, in general, a pleasant and kind woman. Small breakfast room, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, Susie is responsible for the breakfast room, takes care of every request. Highly recommended.

We booked a room for Yom Kippur. I'm trying to find out if there is a cost for checking out after Yom Kippur. The response on WhatsApp is unpleasant. The clerk did me a favor by answering a question and has disappeared since. There is no response. When I call reception, they answer and hang up. There is no one to talk to. Don't go anywhere near this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bravo for this tastefully decorated hotel with its cozy atmosphere and lovely jazzy background music. The room amenities are very modern, the shower room superb, and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeping was impeccable. The breakfast is very generous, and every morning we received a warm and friendly welcome. The beach is right across the street, and the view is magnificent. Bat Yam is a city undergoing renewal, so there are still some older buildings, but the atmosphere is pleasant, and it's well-connected by metro. This city remains much more accessible than Tel Aviv. We loved it and will gladly return. Thank you all.

Great location, room was also great. All the staff were very helpful including the man at the front desk, I think his name is Ron. My only problem was with the woman when I checked out. She strongly claimed I owed money. I knew I had paid everything including the VAT. I said that I didn't owe anything. She continued to argue with me. Then she called Experian, she was told that I was paid up. An apology would have been nice, just say, I am sorry but I see you are all paid. I said to her, I accept your apology when in fact she didn't offer one. Other than her my stay was terrific Thanks for your reply I will be checking in again this Wednesday the 16th!!

A huge thank you to Naomi at the reception! ❤️ I got into a difficult situation, and Naomi helped me a lot. She was charming, kind, patient and very thoughtful, and did everything to help and find a solution. Her attitude was warm and humane and the service was simply excellent. Thank you very much for all the help and care! We will definitely recommend the hotel and we will be happy to come back again in the future❤️

Excellent hotel, courteous staff, high level of cleanliness, the food is wow, there is no meat but there is a selection of fish, fresh salads and a selection of toppings and desserts. We were in Souph, we enjoyed ourselves very much and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the team, Yael Naomi, and David the chef, and of course to the lovely Shlomzion.

New hotel with a beautiful view No normal large trash can in the room Really inconvenient parking - a large car will never fit there Under the bed there are all kinds of Bissli snacks and that's it... Massage not professional at all - do not recommend. Better to go somewhere else Breakfast was really delicious and all the employees were really nice ❤️🙏 Thank you very much❤️

Excellent service, clean rooms, located on the rocky beach.. You can still feel the mermaid vibe, especially in the evening and around the hotel. The hotel itself is recommended.
