Sabich Complete is a small counter on Ibn Gabirol Street in the Old North of Tel Aviv, specialising in sabich: fried eggplant, hard-boiled egg, tahini, salad and amba in pita. It is a mainstream street-food spot and gay-friendly, not a gay venue.
Prices are low and service is fast even when there is a line. It works well as a quick lunch near Rabin Square. Many sabich places in Israel close on Shabbat, so check hours on Friday afternoon and Saturday.

A place that looks like a diner. But beyond that, the owner, Tamir, is an unpleasant man (to put it mildly) who allows himself to speak disdainfully and bluntly to his customers when they are not satisfied with something. At least that is my experience. I would not go back there even for free.
