Reasonable price, clean facilities

I highly recommend this hotel. It's located a ten-minute walk from Osaka Station, yet in a very quiet area! The rooms are large and well-maintained. The beds are 160 cm (pure bliss!), and the bathroom is very practical and spacious enough. For the price we paid, we weren't expecting all this.

The hotel itself was comfortable. I regret not researching the location properly beforehand. I booked through Jalan, and the reviews were fairly positive, so I think it's important to check Google reviews as well. I would like to see improvements in the explanations regarding meals and amenities, as well as the customer service.

Convenient hotel located about 10-15 minutes from the various metro stations. Large and spacious rooms, as are the on-site amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, and a bottle of water is provided per guest daily, which is a very nice touch. There's no noise and you sleep very well.

The hotel is well located near the Umeda metro station and close to excellent little restaurants. The staff is very welcoming. The room was very clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. The breakfast was nice.

Great little hotel in a quiet area not too far from main attractions and nightlife. Rooms cleans are every 2nd day or you can have n option for free drink instead of a room clean. Room size small bit bigger than most budget hotel rooms. Bathroom a good size and seperate toilet. Lots of little free tolieterres like tooth brush, razors, cleansing facial lotions, and a free espresso coffee machine.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel offers many services and little extras that make a difference, such as complimentary shower amenities and unlimited drinks/coffee. The rooms were clean and spacious. They even agreed to store our luggage after checkout.

The location in Umeda is fantastic for exploring Osaka’s nightlife and dining scene. The hotel has a very stylish, boutique atmosphere with clean, modern rooms and a comfortable bed. We loved the welcoming, LGBTQ+-friendly touches like the E.T. and other fun toys in the lobby! The hotel staff was super helpful and amazingly friendly, making English communication completely effortless. Receiving a complimentary drink at the bar for skipping a room cleaning day was a great bonus. The shower setup in the bathroom felt a bit unusual at first, but we quickly got used to it and really enjoyed our stay! The only minor drawback was the breakfast setup. You had to pre-choose main dishes every day from a set menu, accompanied by a small buffet selection (mainly a couple of pastries, fruit, miso soup, rice, juice, and coffee). Unfortunately, guests who preferred non-Japanese options were left only with the sandwich choice, which was good, but became repetitive over a five-day stay. I would suggest adding an English breakfast option (such as eggs or an omelette with bacon, cheese, and toast), alongside adding bread, marmalade, or Nutella to the buffet.
