Sunshine Valley

Sunshine Valley is listed as a gay-friendly bed and breakfast on Foley Quarry Road in Dairy Flat, a rural area north of Auckland, near Albany and Silverdale. It is a private B&B, not a gay guesthouse, and we have very little information about its rooms or hosts. It has only a handful of Google reviews, so check the listing on the booking site linked from this page and contact the hosts before committing. You will need a car: central Auckland and the K Road gay bars are around 35 to 45 minutes' drive away, depending on motorway traffic. The area suits a quiet country stopover before heading north.
