The Library Foundation (TLF)

The Library Foundation (TLF) started in 1990 among the crowd around The Library, the comedy bar in Malate. It was one of the first Philippine NGOs to do HIV prevention and health education with men who have sex with men, and was part of the country's early community response to AIDS. Its work continued later under the name TLF SHARE. There is no public office or drop-in address on file, only Malate.
