Chinatown...in the day, you can go buy gold or walk in yaowarat old market with his covered walkway. At night, under the neon lights of the Chinese signs, you can enjoy excellent street food. A must see in krung thep! City of angels
Amazing, I would say. Lights, food, smells, and atmosphere that are worth the visit at least once.
Super beautiful, and so lively. Go there alone, with family, or with friends. It's great!
Bangkok's Chinatown is one of the city's most vibrant and exciting destinations. The lively streets are filled with colorful signs, bustling markets, traditional Chinese temples, and an incredible variety of street food that makes every visit unforgettable. The food is the main highlight, with countless stalls and restaurants serving delicious local dishes, fresh seafood, desserts, and authentic Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices. It's a paradise for food lovers and a great place to try something new. Walking through the busy streets, especially in the evening, is an amazing experience. The bright neon lights, energetic atmosphere, and friendly vendors create a unique charm that captures the spirit of Bangkok. There are also many shops selling souvenirs, gold jewelry, herbs, spices, and local products, making it a great place for shopping as well. Overall, Chinatown is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Bangkok. Whether you're there for the food, shopping, culture, or vibrant atmosphere, it's an experience you won't forget. Highly recommended!
Absolutely not to be missed if you are in Bangkok. You can find everything there at great prices
Bangkok Chinatown is one of the city's most vibrant and exciting areas, offering a unique mix of culture, history, shopping, and incredible street food. The lively streets, colorful signs, traditional shops, and bustling atmosphere create an unforgettable experience, especially in the evening when the area comes alive. The highlight of Chinatown is the amazing variety of food available, from fresh seafood and dim sum to Thai-Chinese dishes, desserts, and local snacks. Walking through the narrow streets and exploring the markets is a great way to experience Bangkok's rich Chinese heritage and local lifestyle. The area can be crowded, especially during peak hours, but the energy and atmosphere are part of what make it special. Comfortable shoes are recommended, and visiting in the evening is ideal for enjoying the famous street food scene and beautiful city lights. Overall, Chinatown Bangkok is a must-visit destination for food lovers, photographers, and anyone who wants to experience a different side of Bangkok. Its combination of history, culture, and unforgettable flavors makes it one of the city's most memorable attractions.
The feeling is very similar to the china town in Vietnam, very impressed by the uniqueness and culture by the thick flower signs spread across the road. Everyone who comes to Thailand should visit, the road is a bit long should consider walking a lot.
The largest Chinatown I've been to. This was a lively place to wander around. People everywhere, food, lights, color, the joy of being alive. Thousands of options in every direction. A great place to shop, eat, or people watch.
Chinatown in Bangkok is popular due to its diverse and abundant gastronomy, as well as, of course, the architecture. During the Chinese New Year festival, Chinatown was full of visitors; the whole splendor of red lights and decorations made the visit particularly beautiful. Feel free to go into a typical Chinese restaurant, as Chinese cuisine is incredibly diverse. Of course, street food is particularly popular there.
Interesting place to visit, worth a couple of days wandering about and enjoying the food and culture.
I've eaten here twice, and both the service and the food are incredible. So much so that I forgot to take a picture of the satay and the egg fried rice. You can even see into the kitchen while you sit comfortably. If you don't want to eat, there's a bar option. It's become one of my new go-to spots for when I want to eat at any time of day :)
Very cute place. The staff is welcoming and the food tastes very nice👍👍👍
The service was adequate, the local cuisine was decent, I recommend this restaurant.
Very tasty and nice atmosphere, I recommend.
Excellent Pad Thai and Som Tam! Lovely quick service and good people watching.
I ordered boat beef noodles (120 baht). I was expecting some kind of meatballs with this, but there weren't any. The beef was a bit tough and the dish really lacked flavor. It seemed like it was missing seasoning or ingredients that normally belong with this dish. Additionally, my partner ordered the red curry with chicken (120 baht + 20 baht for rice). This one tasted very good. The mango shake (80 baht) was good and my partner was happy that he had red wine (150 baht), but the wine was served ice-cold, so it had very little flavor at first. Quiet place to sit. Cash only.
Came here for dinner and it was delicious - service was lovely and we had Khao Soi and tofu panang curry and it was delicious 😊 + affordable!
Great food, everything is fresh 😋
Food was delicious, the staff was friendly and a cute little dog!
Very good food, friendly staff and a sweet dog!
The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I recommend it 2000%!
Super cute vibes at this restaurant. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our meals as well. Definitely recommend!
Good food, friendly service, awesome little dog!
Very friendly and warm service. Relaxed staff, no hassle for just coffee or anything more substantial. Convenient from Nuove hotel.
Good food, lovely ambience, sweet hospitality.
This is my second time eating at this restaurant: the Khao Soi is delicious. The street is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Khao San.
Excellent Thai food 😋🇹🇭 Friendly staff 😊 What I like best is that it's a little off Khao San Road and much cozier ✌🏽🤓
I had the steak breakfast. The eggs were ok good. The toast was pretty good. The steak was ok good. It was edible. I wasn’t expecting five star dining tender. The butter was completely frozen. I wasn’t able to spread butter on my toast. The orange juice was pretty good. The coffee was ok at best. 400 baht for this. I probably wouldn’t come back again. The puppy was awesome. 3/5 stars Don’t expect much from this place. It is decent. I went when it was quiet in the morning.
