Visitors frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, with some noting a nice family atmosphere and good value for money. However, a common complaint is that the hotel and its bathrooms are dated and worn, with some rooms being cold and having poor internet connectivity.

I had family stay there, because there was a lack of space living in the area, worthy of interest, cheap, clean, satisfactory.

Loved the hotel. Has good facilities and it's located in the centre which is very convenient. Good value for money and rooms are clean and have good view.
