A truly magical romantic getaway! Our first experience in 13 years, and we have absolutely no regrets! We stayed in the Punch Room, and it was absolutely lovely, gorgeous, with a wonderful scent in the room! We had complete peace and quiet; no one bothered us! The reception staff were always available whenever we called. ☺️ We will definitely be back SOON! 😍

Good evening, this is the second time in a month that I've stayed in the same room and the TV still doesn't work. I didn't say anything the first time, but this time there are no TV channels, not even background music, nothing. So the room is depressing, which is a shame.

No complaints. We booked for 3 hours and honestly, we regretted not booking an overnight stay.

The service was very attentive. The stay was incredibly relaxing and restful.

We had a fantastic night! The breakfast was very generous, the welcome and service were incredible, and the staff were very friendly.

Magnificent, nothing to say, as usual!

The room was perfect, exactly as pictured, but the couples massage I booked was a complete rip-off. I've never experienced anything like it. My husband and I are regular massage therapists, but these two women were anything but professional. They clearly didn't know what a relaxing massage was. We asked twice for it to be a bit stronger, but nothing changed. I really regret booking this massage, which cost me €120.

The jacuzzi was clean, but it's a shame the coffee machine didn't have capsules; otherwise, it was decent. I never managed to get the sauna working, which was a shame.

We stayed in the Marie Antoinette suite, and the room was very clean. The welcome was perfect, the explanations were excellent, and the service was quite fast. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman who did the check-in was very cheerful and friendly. We'll be back and stay in a different room! Thank you to the team! 🥰🫶🏾
