Ostravský PRIDE, z. s.

Ostravský PRIDE is the registered association (since January 2020) that organises Ostravský PRAJD, the city's Pride march. The first march, on 17 August 2019, went from Masarykovo náměstí to Komenského sady; since 2022 it has been held in July, and the 2025 march on 12 July drew about 250 people. The group describes itself as anti-capitalist and against pinkwashing. It posts dates and calls for volunteers on Instagram and Facebook as ostravsky.prajd. Don't use the old ostravskyprajd.cz domain, which now belongs to an unrelated site.
